7. UGC / Content Creation Services

When you hire Cynthia Blanco for UGC or content creation services, the following terms apply:

Payment is due according to the agreed invoice or project terms before work begins (or as otherwise stated in writing).

Cynthia will deliver the agreed number of videos/images within the stated timeframe.

A reasonable number of revisions (typically 1–2 rounds) is included unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to the content for organic social media, paid ads, and website use, unless a different usage agreement is specified in writing.

Cynthia retains the right to display the content in her portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Coaching & Graceful Clarity Reset

Coaching sessions and the Graceful Clarity Reset course are for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Course access is granted for personal use only. Sharing login details or redistributing course materials is not permitted.

Refund policies for coaching sessions and the course are outlined below.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by Cynthia Blanco — including but not limited to videos, images, written materials, course content, and website materials — remains the intellectual property of Cynthia Blanco unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use the delivered UGC content as outlined in the project agreement. This license does not transfer ownership of the content.

10. Refund policy

UGC / Content Creation Because content creation involves time and creative work, all UGC and content creation projects are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before any work starts, a full refund may be issued at Cynthia’s discretion.

Coaching Sessions Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are non-refundable. Prepaid coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

Graceful Clarity Reset Course Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to materials, all sales of the Graceful Clarity Reset course are final and non-refundable.

If you have an exceptional circumstance, you may contact Cynthia directly to discuss your situation.

11. Modifications

Cynthia Blanco may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
